At Freedom eBikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- It must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products
- Custom or special orders
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with details and proof.
